Question claims for car theft?
My car was stolen from a parking Mall 1.5 months ago. I deposited a police report, called in the claim, etc. .. Everything seemed to go well with the insurance company before the vehicle was recovered. Since it was my request was forwareded the Special Investigations Unit. They prayed for me to go to a recorded statement that I made. They also requested the phone records that I provide. At this stage, the person who processes the request is that the application is still pending and that I would receive either a call or a letter in the mail from them. I'm confused. I have afraid they will try to deny my claim, but I'm not sure if they have no raison d '. When I went to empty out my stuff the car, I noticed the ignition was damaged and the interior was gone, but the tires were still on the car. This would been a red flag? In addition, the insurer must prove fraud for them to refuse a request? Any help is appreciated!
It seems they are trying to reject the claim. With the amount of insurance fraud that goes ON, can you blame them? I'm sure everything will be fine, at the end. Just keep on them.
