2006 corolla front speaker removal?

2006 corolla CE
4 speaker system, no JBL
my front speakers blew im replacing them
crutchfield said 5-1/4 but when i measure it myself it looks to be atleast 6 inches diameter
I HAVE ALREADY REMOVED THE DOOR PANEL
now i can see the speaker, but the plastic that holds the speaker to door is held on by 3 metal screw looking things. They're not screws, they are flat across the top with a single hold in the center of the top. Any ideas on how to remove these?

Those are rivets. You will have to drill them out. You will most likely have to purchase speaker adapter brackets. ( http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_4974_Scosche+SAT6.html )
