How do you change a belly button RING?
My friend got her belly button pierced awhile ago , with the ring , not the barbell. (The piercer said they only do rings for the first time , although mine said the completely opposite when I got it done years ago) Now , since I've always used barbells , I have no experience with the rings. She said that her piercer said to use pliers to get it out. How do we do this?! And yes , her piercing is healed and ready to be changed. Pleaseee help before we rip out her belly button! HA!

twist the bead i the middle and it will pop off than you slide it out,
get your new one and put it throu the bottem,
thann twist the top onto the top of the belly percingg <3!
