Never anyone to experience road noise caused by cars with their tires?

My car looks like an airplane when stoping (Honda) I told her tires. When the car is waiting uneaven stoping because of noise. What do you think, is this possible?

I have experience vehicles with noise problems tires almost every day. If noise is the tires that will happen almost any time the tires to roll low speed there. The cause is the uneven wear due to poor maintenance (improper inflation pressure, lack of rotation, misalignment, etc. ..). Tire noise is not limited if you want to stop. That sounds more like a brake-related noise. Dealer mechanics and general mechanical do not know squat about tires unless they are black, round and hold air so I can see how they would misdiagnose something like that.
